Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This policy explains how to cancel a FWDLink subscription, when a charge can be refunded, and how to reach a human about a payment. It applies to every purchase made on fwdlink.com, including subscription plans, add-ons, and creator sales such as memberships, tips, digital products, paid messages, and unlocked content.

Where the law in your country or state gives you a cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right that is broader than what is described below, that right applies and nothing here limits it.

1. Who charges you

Subscription plans and add-ons are sold by WorkFotos LLC, dba FWDLink. Payments are processed by our payment providers; the charge on your statement will reference FWDLink or WorkFotos.

Creator sales (memberships, tips, digital products, paid messages, and unlocked content) are sales by the creator. FWDLink operates the platform and payment rails and applies a platform fee. Because the creator is the seller, refund decisions on creator sales are handled as described in section 3.

2. Subscription plans, seats, and add-ons

  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel a paid plan from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Access after cancelling. You keep paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.
  • Recurring charges. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Refunds. Subscription fees, extra seats, and storage add-ons are generally not refunded after the period has started, except where required by law or where one of the situations in section 4 applies.
  • Downgrades. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal. If your stored content exceeds the lower plan's allowance, we will tell you before the change takes effect.

3. Creator sales

Memberships, tips, digital products, paid messages, and unlocked content are digital and are delivered immediately. Once delivered or unlocked, these purchases are generally final between the fan and the creator.

  • Memberships renew until cancelled. Cancel from your membership screen or by email; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Tips are voluntary payments and are not refundable once sent.
  • One-time purchases (products, paid messages, unlocked libraries) are final once the content is accessible to you.

Contact us first if something went wrong with a creator sale. We can review the transaction, contact the creator, and issue a refund where one of the situations in section 4 applies.

What a purchase gets you, and for how long, is set out in section 5 of the Fan Terms. In short, you buy a personal licence to view or use the content, not ownership of it, and access lasts while the creator keeps it on the Platform.

3A. Digital content and your right to change your mind

Everything sold on the Platform by a creator is digital and is delivered instantly. Some consumer protection laws give you a period to cancel a purchase and get your money back, and also allow that right to end once digital content has been delivered with your agreement.

  • Where such a law applies to you, you keep every right it gives you. Nothing here reduces it.
  • By unlocking, opening, or downloading digital content, you are asking for immediate delivery. In many places that ends a statutory cancellation right for that item.
  • A subscription or membership you have not yet used in the current period is treated differently from a one-off item you have already opened. Tell us which applies when you contact us.

3B. Locked and digital unlock purchases

These additional points apply to locked unlocks, paid digital products, and similar one-time access purchases:

  • Access is recorded against your account rather than held as a token in your browser. That means it can be checked, and it means we can revoke it if a payment is refunded or reversed.
  • A refund removes access. If you are refunded for an unlock, a product, or a paid message, you lose access to it at the same time.
  • Minimum price. Locked items are sold at $5 or more. A refund returns the amount paid; there is no partial refund of a single unlock.
  • Content removed for a policy violation. If we remove purchased content — for example because it violated our policies or a person shown withdrew consent — buyers who had not had reasonable access to it are refunded.

4. When we will refund a charge

We will review and, where the facts support it, refund a charge when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • You were charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount.
  • The purchase was never delivered or the content could not be accessed.
  • The content was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
  • The charge was made without your authorization (for example, someone else used your card or account).
  • The content was removed by us for violating our policies before you had reasonable access to it.
  • Applicable law gives you a refund or withdrawal right.

We may decline a refund where we see evidence of abuse — for example repeated refund requests after full consumption of content, or attempts to obtain content for free.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@workfotos.com with the subject line Refund request, or open a ticket from Support when signed in. Include:

  • The email address on your FWDLink account.
  • The date and amount of the charge, and the last four digits of the card used.
  • What you purchased (plan name, creator handle, or product name).
  • What went wrong.

Timing. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and to give you a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the money appears, which is commonly 5–10 business days after we issue it.

Please send refund requests within 60 days of the charge so we can still review the transaction with our payment providers.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most billing problems are faster to fix directly, and a chargeback can suspend your account and any linked creator payouts while the dispute is open.

What a chargeback triggers, so there are no surprises:

  • Access to whatever the payment bought is revoked immediately.
  • Your account may be restricted while the dispute is open.
  • The amount and the bank's dispute fee are deducted from the creator's balance or future payouts — the money comes out of the creator, not out of FWDLink. Section 8 of the Creator Terms sets out how.
  • Repeated or unjustified disputes can result in permanent loss of access.

7. Free plans and trials

Free plans are not charged and need no cancellation. If we offer a trial, the terms shown at signup (length and price after the trial) apply, and you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
