Private social, your rules
Not every memory belongs on a public timeline. FWDLink albums are private until you send a share link — reunion photos, friend-group trips, inner-circle moments. People with the link open a clean gallery in the browser. No public feed, no algorithm, no surprise exposure. Your public page is optional; private albums stay yours until you FwdLink them.
Albums are not public until you copy a share link or feature something on your page.
Send the link to your group — not to the whole internet. Viewers do not need an account.
Collect everyone’s shots from the night, trip, or party — pinned to the place it happened.
Start an album for your friend group, family reunion, or weekend trip. Nothing is public yet.
Upload your shots — and theirs when they send them — with the venue or city pinned for context.
Copy one FWDLink and send it by text, WhatsApp, or email. Only people you trust get access.
More photos surface days later? Drop them in. The same link stays the private album for your group.
Instagram and TikTok are built for public discovery — even “Close Friends” still lives inside a public app. FWDLink private albums are the opposite: a shared space for people you already know, opened only through a link you control. Think inner-circle photo sharing, not broadcasting to followers.
The best photos of you often live on someone else’s phone — the friend who caught the candid, the cousin at the wedding. Instead of begging in five group chats, one private album becomes the place everyone contributes and everyone views. You decide when to share the link and who gets it.
Some apps promise to automatically find every photo of you across private groups using face search. FWDLink does not scan other people’s cameras or build a searchable social graph. You organize albums, share a link with people you choose, and keep everything else private. Optional public page + Updates when you want a bio link — private albums stay private until you say otherwise.
Keep reunion and friend-group albums on share links only. Feature select albums or post Updates on your public FWDLink when you want creators, clients, or followers to browse — same account, two modes. Nothing leaks from private albums to your public page unless you pin it there.
Yes — albums are private until you share a link or feature content on your public page. People without the link cannot browse your private sets.
It is private photo sharing for groups you already know — family, friends, coworkers, event guests — not a discoverable network of strangers. One album, one link, no public feed.
Not automatically. FWDLink does not run face-matching across other people’s photo libraries. Friends add their shots to a shared album you invite them to — or you collect what they send. You control the album; they control what they upload.
No — anyone with the share link opens the album in a browser on phone or desktop.
FWDLink is a shareable gallery link, optional place pins, a public page when you want one, and Updates for creators — built for “FwdLink it to the group” without mixing everything into one giant camera roll.
Yes. Most people keep friend and family albums on private share links while featuring select work or creator content on fwdlink.com/you. Two layers — private groups and public hub — in one account.
