How to contact us
- Open Contact support (or the support link in the site footer).
- Describe what you were trying to do and what you saw instead.
- Include device/browser, and whether the issue involves App Lock, Album lock, or encryption.
- Do not send vault PINs, encryption passphrases, or account passwords in tickets or email.
Tips
- For Maximum privacy encrypted albums, support cannot recover lost passphrases — see Forgot PIN and recovery.
- Screenshots of error messages (without secrets) help us help you faster.
