Fan Terms

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These Fan Terms apply when you buy, subscribe to, tip, or unlock anything on FWDLink. They are in addition to our Terms of Service. Where the two conflict on a purchase question, these Fan Terms govern.

FWDLink is operated by WorkFotos LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as FWDLink.

1. Words we use

  • Fan — you, when you buy or access something on the Platform.
  • Creator — the person or business selling to you.
  • Offering — anything you can pay for: a membership, a tip, a digital product, a paid message, a paid library, a one-time unlock, paid access to a page or album, or an invoice, deposit, or booking from a service business.

2. You must be 18

You must be at least 18 years old — or older, if that is the age of majority where you live — to have an account or to buy anything here. By buying, you confirm you meet that age.

The Age Verification Policy explains how account age confirmation and identity checks for payouts work.

3. Who you are buying from

The Creator is the seller. FWDLink is not. We run the software and the payment connection, and we take a fee from the Creator's proceeds. We do not make the content, we do not choose it for you, and we do not guarantee it.

Subscription plans for the Platform itself — Starter, Pro, Business, extra seats, and storage add-ons — are sold by us, not by a Creator. Those are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. What you pay

  • You pay the price shown. We do not add a platform surcharge at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
  • Your bank or card issuer may add its own charges, such as foreign transaction or currency conversion fees. Those are between you and your bank.
  • Tax may be added where the law requires it. It will be shown before you confirm.
  • The charge on your statement will reference FWDLink, WorkFotos, or the payment processor handling that sale.

5. What you get

5.1 Access, not ownership

Buying an Offering gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view or use it yourself, for as long as section 5.2 says. It does not transfer copyright or any other ownership. The Creator keeps their rights in the content.

5.2 How long access lasts

  • Memberships give access to whatever the Creator includes, for as long as the membership is active. Content can be added or removed by the Creator at any time. When your membership ends, access ends.
  • One-time unlocks, paid libraries, and digital products stay accessible to you while the Creator keeps them on the Platform and while your account is in good standing. They are not a permanent guarantee — a Creator can close their account and we can remove content that breaks our rules.
  • Paid messages are delivered to your inbox and stay there while your account exists.
  • Tips are voluntary payments. They do not entitle you to anything in return unless the Creator says so.

If you want to keep something permanently, do not rely on continued access here.

5.3 No resale, no sharing, no scraping

You may not:

  • Resell, rent, sub-licence, or redistribute anything you buy.
  • Share your account, your login, or an access link so other people can get in without paying.
  • Record, screenshot, download, copy, or re-upload content anywhere else without the Creator's written permission.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect content.
  • Remove or alter any watermark, credit, or identifying mark.

Doing any of these can end your access without a refund, and can expose you to a copyright claim from the Creator. Re-publishing someone's intimate images without their consent is also unlawful in many places, independently of anything in these terms.

6. Recurring payments

  • Memberships renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Cancel from your membership screen or through Support. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the period you are in.
  • You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • If a Creator changes the price of a membership, the new price applies from your next renewal, and you will be told before it takes effect.
  • If a Creator stops publishing or closes their account mid-period, contact us — section 7 covers what happens.

7. Refunds

Digital content is delivered immediately and is generally final once you can access it. The Refund & Cancellation Policy is the full policy and it controls. In short, we will review and, where the facts support it, refund you when:

  • You were charged twice for the same thing, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling.
  • You never received what you paid for, or could not access it.
  • What you received was materially different from what was described.
  • The charge was not authorised by you.
  • We removed the content for breaking our rules before you had a fair chance to use it.
  • The law where you live gives you a refund or withdrawal right — which it may, and nothing here removes it.

Tips are not refundable once sent. We may decline refunds where we see a pattern of consuming content in full and then asking for the money back.

Ask through Support. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 10 business days.

8. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before calling your bank. Most billing problems are fixed faster directly, and a chargeback triggers automatic consequences that a refund does not.

When a chargeback is filed on your account:

  • Access to whatever the payment bought is revoked immediately.
  • Your account may be restricted while the dispute is open.
  • The amount and the bank's dispute fee are charged back to the Creator you bought from.
  • Repeated or unjustified chargebacks can result in permanent loss of access to the Platform.

Filing a chargeback on content you did receive and did consume is not a refund route. It takes money from the Creator, not from us.

9. Prohibited content

Sexually explicit content and pornography are not permitted on FWDLink and cannot be purchased or unlocked on the Platform. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Using a VPN, a false location, or someone else's payment method to reach a service that is not offered where you are is a breach of these Fan Terms. See Availability & Geographic Restrictions.

10. How to behave

The Acceptable Use Policy applies to you as much as to Creators. In particular, do not harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, or attempt to coerce a Creator or anyone appearing in their content, and do not pressure anyone to produce content they have not agreed to.

11. Reporting a problem

12. Your privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who processes it. Two things worth knowing as a buyer: Creators can see that you subscribed, tipped, or bought, and the display name on your account; and card details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.

13. Ending your access

You can stop buying at any time and can close your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Fan Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that is being used for fraud. Where we close an account for a breach, we are not obliged to refund unused access.

14. Liability

The disclaimers and limitations in sections 19 and 20 of the Terms of Service apply to these Fan Terms. FWDLink does not review, endorse, or guarantee Creator content, and is not responsible for a Creator's conduct or for content that does not meet your expectations, beyond the refund rights described above and any right the law gives you.

15. Changes and governing law

We may update these Fan Terms; the version in effect when you buy governs that purchase. Section 22 of the Terms of Service — governing law, informal resolution, arbitration, class action waiver, and the time limit on claims — applies here without change.
