We do not sell personal information
FWDLink does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You do not need to opt out of a sale, but you may still submit a request below if you want written confirmation or to exercise other privacy rights.
Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know / access the personal information we have collected about you
- Delete personal information we maintain about you (subject to legal exceptions)
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context ads)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

How to submit a request
Email us at support@workfotos.com with the subject line CCPA Request and include:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your FWDLink account (if any)
- Your state of residence (for example, California)
- The type of request: Know / Access, Delete, Correct, Do Not Sell confirmation, or Other
- A brief description of your request
We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. If an authorized agent submits a request for you, we may require proof that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf.
We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45 days for CCPA requests, with an extension when permitted).
