This policy covers the categories of content that FWDLink treats as absolute: sexual content involving anyone under 18, intimate content published without the consent of the person shown, and content connected to trafficking or coercion. There is no warning, no strike, and no second chance for these. It forms part of our Acceptable Use Policy.
Separately, sexually explicit content and pornography involving adults may not be shared as an open public product or monetized on FWDLink. A private encrypted vault may store personal content at rest; gated password or private shares are not a paid adult channel. Uploads outside the vault may be screened with automated image analysis and human review; see the Acceptable Use Policy for the full standard.
To report something in these categories, use Report Content & Takedown Requests. You do not need an account. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
1. Child sexual abuse and exploitation
1.1 What is prohibited
No sexual content involving a person under 18 may be uploaded, published, sold, linked to, requested, or sent in a message on the Platform. This includes:
- Photographs and video of a real person under 18 in a sexual context.
- Drawn, animated, computer-generated, or AI-generated depictions of a minor in a sexual context.
- Content that sexualises a real minor, including edited or “deepfaked” images of a real child.
- Nudity or partial nudity of a minor presented for sexual purposes.
- Text, captions, tags, or messages that solicit, advertise, or offer any of the above.
- Links to any of the above, on or off the Platform.
- Grooming behaviour, or any attempt to make contact with a minor for a sexual purpose.
Claiming a person is over 18, or that a depiction is fictional, does not make this content permitted.
1.2 What happens
When we identify apparent child sexual abuse material:
- The content is removed from public view immediately.
- The account is suspended and pending earnings are frozen.
- The content and the associated account records are preserved rather than deleted, so that they are available to authorities.
- We report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline. US providers are required to make that report on obtaining actual knowledge of apparent child sexual abuse material, and we follow that requirement.
- We cooperate with law enforcement requests relating to the report.
- The account is terminated. This is not appealable on the merits.
We do not notify the account holder before preserving records where doing so could prejudice an investigation.
1.3 Reporting directly
You can also report child exploitation directly, and you do not have to go through us. In the United States: the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. Outside the United States, contact your national hotline or police.
2. Non-consensual intimate imagery
2.1 What is prohibited
Intimate or sexual images or video of an adult may not be published without that person's consent. This includes content that:
- Was shared privately and then published — including after a relationship ended.
- Was obtained by hacking, theft, phone repair, or account takeover.
- Was recorded without the person's knowledge, including hidden cameras and upskirt or downblouse images.
- Was recorded with consent but published without consent, or beyond the scope of what was agreed.
- Is a sexual deepfake or a synthetic image of a real, identifiable person who did not consent.
- Is used to threaten, extort, or coerce a person — sometimes called sextortion.
- Names, tags, or otherwise identifies a person in intimate content without their consent.
Consent to being recorded is not consent to publication. Consent to publication is not consent to sale. Consent can be withdrawn.
2.2 What happens
- Reports are treated as urgent. The content is restricted while we review it, not after.
- We check the identity and consent records the uploader submitted for every person shown.
- Where consent cannot be evidenced, or where the person shown says they did not consent, the content is removed.
- The account is suspended or terminated depending on what we find. Deliberate publication of non-consensual intimate imagery results in termination.
- We look for other copies of the same content on the Platform and remove those too.
- Earnings from the content may be withheld and buyers refunded.
2.3 If you are the person shown
You can ask for removal whether or not you ever agreed to appear, and whether or not you have an account here. Go to Report Content & Takedown Requests and tell us you appear in the content.
- If you never consented, we restrict the content while we review.
- If you are withdrawing consent, we remove it from public view. A signed release does not override this. The uploader is told the content was removed at the request of a person depicted.
- You can ask what records exist about you. We will verify who you are first — a small number of questions — so that this route cannot be used against you by someone else.
Please send the link, not copies of the images. We can see the content ourselves.
3. Trafficking, coercion, and exploitation
Nothing on the Platform may promote, advertise, facilitate, or benefit from human trafficking, sex trafficking, or the commercial sexual exploitation of any person. This includes:
- Content produced under coercion, threat, debt bondage, or deception.
- Accounts operated on someone's behalf without their free and informed agreement, including accounts controlled by a third party who keeps the earnings.
- Advertising, arranging, or paying for in-person sexual services or escorting.
- Recruiting a person into commercial sexual activity.
- Any indication that a person shown is not free to stop.
Signs of coercion in reports, messages, or content are escalated even where the content itself would otherwise be permitted. Where we find trafficking or coercion, we remove the content, terminate the account, preserve records, and report to law enforcement.
In the United States, the National Human Trafficking Hotline is 1-888-373-7888, or text 233733.
4. What we do to find this content
We would rather be precise about this than impressive. Here is what actually happens:
- Reports. Anyone can report, without an account. Reports in these categories go to the front of the queue and the content is restricted while it is reviewed. This is our primary detection route.
- Automated flagging of uploaded images. Uploaded images are passed through an automated classifier that flags categories including nudity, sexual activity, violence, and self-harm into a human review queue. Nothing is deleted by the classifier alone — a person makes the removal decision.
- Records checks. Age-restricted content cannot be published without a record for every identifiable person shown, and our systems refuse a record showing an age under 18. See the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement.
- Human review. Ambiguous identity verifications and flagged content are reviewed by a person.
Equally, what we do not currently do:
- We do not run hash-matching against known child sexual abuse material databases. An automated classifier is not a substitute for that, and we do not claim it is.
- Automated scanning covers still images, not video.
- An automated classifier cannot establish the age or the identity of a person in content. Only records can, and records can be falsified.
Reporting matters because of these gaps, not despite them. If you see something, tell us.
5. Preservation and cooperation with authorities
Where we identify content in these categories we preserve the content, account details, upload metadata, payment records, and related records rather than deleting them, and we make them available to authorities as the law requires or permits. We respond to valid legal process. Where the law allows us to tell you that your data was requested, we will, unless doing so would put someone at risk or is prohibited.
6. Duties on everyone using the Platform
- If you upload content of another person, you must hold their identity and consent records, and you must submit them where the Platform requires it.
- If you become aware of content in these categories anywhere on the Platform, report it. Do not download it, do not share it, and do not send us a copy.
- If a person in your content asks you to take it down, take it down. Do not argue about a release.
- If you receive a threat to publish intimate images of you, report it here and to the police. Do not pay.

These are independent organisations. We link to them because they are useful, not because we are affiliated with them.
8. False reports
These categories are handled urgently and content is restricted before review. Deliberately misusing that to silence a Creator will result in losing access to the reporting tools and may result in your account being closed. Reporting something in good faith that turns out to be fine is not a problem — that is the system working.
