Thumbtack is a directory where a customer contacts you and you pay for that lead. On FWDLink the quote lands in Leads on a Page you own, and you can send the estimate or invoice from there. FWDLink is a separate product and is not affiliated with Thumbtack.
Do I pay for the introduction?
A quote request from your Page lands in Leads. You are not buying that lead. If a customer pays an invoice online, the fee depends on your plan. Current rates are on Plans.
Can people browse by city?
Yes. Turn on Available for hire and pick the city where you work. You can add up to eight other cities you serve.
