Frequently asked questions
How is this different from Raken?
Raken is where a crew files daily reports and job photos. On FWDLink those photos can stay on your Page, go out as an album link, and sit on the estimate or invoice. FWDLink is a separate product and is not affiliated with Raken.
Can I share the photos?
Yes. Send an album link. They open it in the browser. The photos can also stay on your Page.
Can the photos go on an estimate?
Yes. Attach them to the estimate or the invoice. If a customer pays online, the fee depends on your plan. Current rates are on Plans.
