Frequently asked questions
How is this different from Facebook?
Facebook is where you post to people who already follow you or sit in a group. FWDLink is a Page for the service, with photos, a city, and quote requests in Leads. It does not replace the news feed or your groups. FWDLink is a separate product and is not affiliated with Facebook.
Can I post a service in my city?
Yes. Create a Page, describe the service, add job photos, and turn on Available for hire. Pick the city where you work. You can add up to eight other cities you serve.
Where do leads show up?
In Leads. Quote requests land there. Contact-form messages do too once you have a workspace. The person sending a quote request or the form does not need an account.
Can I send an invoice?
Yes. Estimates and invoices are in FWDLink, and you can attach the photos. If a customer pays online, the fee depends on your plan. Current rates are on Plans.
Can people browse by city?
Yes. You pick the city where you work. People browse Local Pages by that city. You can add other cities you serve, up to eight.
