Frequently asked questions
How is this different from Facebook Marketplace?
Facebook Marketplace is a listings feed inside Facebook. On FWDLink you post for-sale classifieds on Marketplace, keep a Page for your work, and read listing messages and quote requests in Leads. It does not replace Facebook itself. FWDLink is a separate product and is not affiliated with Facebook.
Can I post something for sale?
Yes. Post a for-sale listing on Marketplace, add photos, and people can browse it by city along with other classifieds.
Can I post a service too?
Yes. Create a Page, describe the service, add photos, and turn on Available for hire. Pick the city where you work.
Where do leads show up?
In Leads. Listing messages and quote requests land there. The person sending a quote request does not need an account.
How long does a listing last?
A listing lasts 30 days, then you renew it, and your Page stays up.
Can people browse by city?
Yes. You pick the city where you sell or work. People browse Marketplace and Local Pages by that city.
